Do you take custom orders?

Yes. Most of what I make is customized, so you get something that’s yours and not just off the rack. Just fill out the form on the product page and I’ll handle the rest.

How long will it take to complete my order?

Standard turnaround is about 2-3 business days for production. If it’s a big or detailed order, it may take longer — but I’ll keep you updated and you’ll get tracking as soon as it’s out the door.

What if an item is out of stock?

Some designs are limited, but you can join the waitlist or message me about restocks. I also take new custom requests.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Because most of my items are custom-made, I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged. Please double-check sizes and spelling before ordering.

What is “Brand Therapy” and how is it different from regular consulting?

Brand Therapy is my way of helping overwhelmed entrepreneurs sort through the chaos — it’s strategy + creative direction rolled into one. You leave with clarity, not just a to-do list.

Do I have to book a full package, or can I start small?

You can start with a single session if you’re testing the waters. If you’re ready to really build, the mentorship option gives you ongoing support.

How do I know if your mentorship is right for me?

If you’ve got ideas all over the place, feel overwhelmed, or you’re tired of looking “all over the place” online — that’s exactly who I built it for.

Payments & Logistics

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay/Klarna. Zelle& Venmo are also accepted.

Do you work with clients outside the US?

Yes — services are fully virtual. For physical products, shipping rates will vary by country.

Can I be both a product customer and a branding client?

Absolutely. Some of my best clients are rocking custom tees while we’re mapping out their strategy. There’s room for both.
